The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta, Ascend Hotel Collection, Atlanta

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to my standards and should be renovated, with worn-out furniture and a lumpy mattress that caused me to have a restless night. However, the service was terrible, with lazy staff providing zero customer service. The location, although surrounded by homeless people, had good security measures in place. The dining experience was varied and fresh, which was a pleasant surprise.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were modern, well designed, and comfortable, equipped with a large king bed and pullout couch. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful team members always ready to assist. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, although the area had some safety concerns due to the presence of homeless individuals. The dining options were satisfying, offering good choices for exploring the city before heading out. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
